We’re on the hunt for a passionate, skilled, and driven Web Designer to join our dynamic team. Based in our Gloucester studio with flexible working options, you’ll be more than just a designer—you’ll also engage with clients, build relationships, and help craft their online presence from the ground up.
Our projects span a range of web and digital needs, from building stunning websites to improving site visibility through SEO. We’re looking for someone with experience in both design and SEO to deliver outstanding results. You don’t have to be a hardcore coder, but familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices is a must.
Whether it’s creating user-friendly websites, optimizing for search engines, or collaborating with clients on digital strategies, you’ll get to flex your creative muscles and technical know-how. What you’ll do:

Meet with clients to understand their business objectives and online needs.

Work closely with clients to develop tailored web design solutions, ensuring they align with brand identity.

Design, develop, and maintain websites primarily on the WordPress platform.

Optimize websites for SEO to improve search engine rankings and overall visibility.

Manage the SEO process, from keyword research to on-page optimization, ensuring all sites are search engine-friendly.

Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

Estimate timeframes for project completion and communicate realistic deadlines to clients.

Ensure all web designs are responsive, user-friendly, and built with the latest web standards.

Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for web and SEO-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, and SEO strategies.

Strong experience in web design and SEO—WordPress knowledge is essential.
